I had one a dreadful experience

I had one a dreadful experience. I returned the clothes because they were too small. Littlewoods resent me the clothes that I returned and I have sent them back for a second time and I am still waiting for a refund. This is ongoing with over 4 weeks and I will never again buy from Littlewoods.

Fantastic service.

Fantastic service. My items always arrive only a few days after I order them. It's very rare I have to return an item and if I remember correctly I only have to return it to my local shop which is so handy. I bought runners recently and they are the most comfortable I've ever had and they weren't that expensive. Thank you

Speedy delivery

Speedy delivery, bought 2 items. Returned 1 item, very easy to return items, no delivery charges either which is a bonus.

Website well set up...easy to place order but DELIVERY WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING

Website well set up...easy to order...quality and product seems fine, but too soon to say, really. DELIVERY WAS DISASTROUS. Product was delivered over several days instead of my being offered a choice of one single delivery when the entire order was on hand and which I’d have preferred as there was massive disruption in our lives so that the goods could be taken in over many days at odd times. Delivery person was difficult, uncooperative, disgruntled and unpleasant. Delivery/delivery person ruined the entire experience, unfortunately.

I ordered an exercise bike and when it arrived it was damaged, the courier collected it within a few days. I'd like to know when my money will be refunded. Thank you. I paid for the bike in full, so I don't have an acc number.

Massively delayed delivery

Massively delayed delivery (promised under a week, took over 3 weeks) with poor customer service to deal with the issue. The call centre is one of those awful 'voice response' systems where you are repeatedly shouting 'yes' and 'no' and the system is failing to recognise it. The furthest I could get in the system was the computer voice confirming that I don't owe them any more money. A total disaster. Only able to get generic responses on Twitter with no solid info about when the situation would be resolved. Sneaky to brand as Ireland and then have big (Brexit?) delays. Won't use again.

Amalfi Couches

Good morning, I ordered 2 couches from Littlewoods, which arrived 2 weeks apart. However, when I finally got the second one, it was damaged on the leg and the canvas underneath was torn. I have tried emailing Littlewoods Queries@customer services but to date, I have received no reply. So while I am happy with the couches, I am not very happy with the fact that they arrived damaged.
